About Course

Communicate clearly. Listen well. Work better together.

This practical beginner course helps students, job seekers and working professionals explain ideas clearly, write useful messages, listen actively, give constructive feedback and handle disagreements respectfully.

Study six text lessons across three modules, complete short practice activities and a final workplace scenario, then check your understanding with a quiz. Allow approximately two hours, including practice. No previous experience is required.

How to study

Complete lessons in order. Write your practice responses in a notebook, compare them with the worked examples and improve your answers. The final scenario is self-assessed practice, not an uploaded or instructor-graded assignment.

Format and requirements

Self-paced, text-based learning in English. You need internet access, a phone or computer, and a notebook. All workplace examples are fictional.
